This class is an undergraduate level class devoted to learning how to develop web-based applications. This is a programming class; we will learn how to write computer programs that run on a web server and provide a useful user interface through a web browser. In this class, we will be using the development environment “Ruby on Rails” to create modern, interactive client-server applications. Everyone in the class will develop an web-based application like Twitter, Flickr, or Facebook.
